Terms of Service
Last updated: May 4, 2026
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using CodeVault Academy (“the Platform”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Platform.
2. Course Access
Upon completing a purchase, you are granted a personal, non-transferable license to access the course materials associated with your purchase for a period of 365 daysfrom the date of purchase (“Access Period”).
Access includes all study materials, practice questions, flashcards, and mock exams available within the purchased course. We reserve the right to add, modify, or remove content at any time to keep materials current and accurate.
Your access expires automatically at the end of the Access Period. Renewal requires a new purchase.
3. One License Per Purchase
Each purchase grants access to one individual user only. Licenses are strictly personal and may not be shared, resold, transferred, or gifted to another person without explicit written permission from CodeVault Academy.
If your organization requires access for multiple users, please contact us at codevaultacademy2025@gmail.com to discuss team pricing.
4. No Login Sharing
You are responsible for keeping your account credentials confidential. Sharing your login with any other person is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms.
We reserve the right to suspend or permanently terminate any account we reasonably believe is being accessed by more than one individual, without notice or refund.
5. No Refund Policy
All purchases are final and non-refundable. Because course materials are delivered digitally and are accessible immediately upon purchase, refunds will not be issued once access has been granted.
Before purchasing, we encourage you to use our free interactive sampler to evaluate whether the course format and content meet your needs.
If a technical issue prevents you from accessing content you purchased, contact us at codevaultacademy2025@gmail.com and we will work to resolve it promptly.
6. Intellectual Property
All course content — including practice questions, explanations, flashcards, and mock exams — is the intellectual property of CodeVault Academy. You may not reproduce, distribute, republish, or create derivative works from any course materials without prior written consent.
7. Prohibited Conduct
You agree not to:
- Share, sell, or redistribute course content or login credentials.
- Use automated tools to scrape, download, or copy course materials.
- Attempt to reverse-engineer, hack, or disrupt the Platform.
- Use the Platform for any unlawful purpose.
Violations may result in immediate account termination without refund.
8. Limitation of Liability
CodeVault Academy provides course materials on an “as is” basis. We make no guarantee that use of our materials will result in passing any certification exam. To the maximum extent permitted by law, CodeVault Academy shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Platform.
9. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
